A new initiative has been taken up for the betterment of female prisoners at Sabarmati central jail by introducing computer courses which will begin from Monday. These computer courses will help in great deal to the women prisoners in becoming independent and live a life of dignity when they are out of imprisonment. RJ Parghi, the superintendent of Sabarmati jail said that "These computer courses will be conducted by the industry department of the jail will for the women prisoners".
The authorities of Sabarmati jail have bought 10 Pcs for the computer courses which will be taught free to more than 100 women in the jail. Mr Parghi further said that these computer courses will help them earn and help their family financially.
